1. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using Yablink, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Yablink [legal entity]. If you are using Yablink on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. What Yablink is and isn't
Yablink is a listing and communication platform. We provide the tools for travelers and senders to find each other, communicate, and record completed transactions. We are not:
- — A freight or courier company. We do not transport goods.
- — A customs agent or broker. We do not advise on or guarantee customs clearance.
- — A financial services provider. We do not process, hold, or guarantee payments.
- — An insurer. We do not provide insurance on goods shipped through arrangements made on the platform.
- — A party to any transaction between users. Agreements are made between users only.
This distinction is fundamental. Any transaction arranged through Yablink is a voluntary private arrangement between two individuals. Yablink facilitates the discovery and communication — nothing else.
3. Creating an account
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Yablink. By creating an account, you confirm this.
You must provide accurate information when signing up. A false name, fake email, or misleading profile information violates these terms and may result in account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. Do not share your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@yablink.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual may be terminated.
4. What you can and cannot do
You may:
- Browse listings without an account
- Create an account and post listings or requests
- Message other users through the platform
- Mark your transactions as complete
- Report listings or users that violate these terms
You may not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Use the platform to coordinate the shipping of illegal goods
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Attempt to circumvent the platform's messaging system to avoid accountability
- Scrape or extract data from the platform in bulk
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose other than the peer-to-peer exchange it is designed for
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the platform
Violations of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
5. Listings and content you post
When you post a listing, request, or message on Yablink, you are responsible for its accuracy and legality. You confirm that:
- — The capacity you list as a traveler is genuinely available on your actual booked flight.
- — The goods you describe as a sender are legal to transport and accurately described.
- — Your communications with other users are honest and in good faith.
Yablink does not verify the accuracy of listings. We rely on users to post truthfully and report violations when they occur.
You grant Yablink a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your listing content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Transactions between users
All transactions — including the exchange of goods, the carrying of goods, and any payment — are private arrangements between users. Yablink is not a party to these arrangements.
You agree that:
- You will honor agreements you make with other users in good faith.
- You understand that Yablink has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users.
- You will not hold Yablink responsible for another user's failure to deliver, pay, or behave as agreed.
We encourage both parties to keep a record of all agreements in the Yablink messaging thread, meet in safe and public locations for handovers, and report dishonest users through the platform's reporting tool.
7. Payments
Yablink does not process payments. All payments between senders and travelers are direct, person-to-person arrangements. Yablink has no visibility into, involvement in, or liability for:
- Payment amounts agreed between users
- Whether payment is made or received
- Disputes over payment or refunds
- Currency conversions or exchange rates
Users are solely responsible for the financial terms they agree to.
8. Our role in disputes
Yablink is not an arbitrator and cannot adjudicate disputes between users. We will:
- Review reported accounts and listings
- Suspend accounts found to be in clear violation of these terms
- Preserve conversation records that may be relevant to a reported dispute
We will not:
- Compel another user to pay or refund you
- Guarantee the outcome of any transaction
- Act as a legal intermediary
- Provide legal advice
If you believe a crime has occurred, contact local law enforcement. If you believe a user has violated these terms, report them through the platform or contact support@yablink.com.
9. Intellectual property
The Yablink name, logo, platform design, and original written content are owned by Yablink and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.
User-generated content (your listings, profile information, and messages) remains yours. By posting it, you license Yablink to display it on the platform.
10. Disclaimers and limitations
The platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, always available, or suitable for your particular use.
We are not liable for:
- The behavior of any user of the platform
- Loss, damage, or non-delivery of any goods
- Customs seizures, fines, or legal consequences arising from a shipment
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount (if any) you have paid to Yablink in the 12 months preceding the claim. Since Yablink is currently free to use, this amount is zero.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
11. Termination
You may stop using Yablink at any time and request account deletion by emailing support@yablink.com.
Yablink may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
- You violate these terms
- Your use of the platform poses a safety risk to other users
- We are required to do so by law
Upon termination, your listings are removed and your messaging access is revoked. Your data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify registered users of material changes by email and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], Turkey.
If you are located in the European Union, you may also have rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by these terms.
